Refund Policy

All free predictions on FootballVis are free to use and involve no payment.

Premium packages

Premium packages give access to selections for the period purchased. Because selections are delivered as soon as you subscribe, payments are generally non-refundable once the first selection has been sent. Losing selections are not grounds for a refund: no prediction is guaranteed.

If you were charged in error or didn't receive access, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will put it right.
